Good News! You can register entirely online. Just follow this link to the state's website.

Please Note: If you've moved since you got your I.D., you'll may need to update your address with the DMV. This doesn't require the issuance of a new license, but can take up to 24 hours to process.

As long as you have a social security number, you can still register! 

To do so, you'll need to print and complete this form, then email it to elections@utahcounty.gov.
